21 Mar Five of Five UN-BEET-ABLE recipes
Hey guys!! I am back and with the extremely popular and beautiful Raw Beetroot Hummus!
It is raw, vegan, and dairy free! I do not know if any of you have tried beets in hummus before, but if you have not then you are seriously missing out! It adds so much jazz and character to the already so flavourful spread! You can dip it, add it, or lick it! You choose!
I made this recipe as the fifth and final recipe a part of a project Ive been working on with Superbeets! I have had so much fun coming up with these recipes, and I know that if you give them a go you will understand why too!
I cannot give this beautiful vegetable enough praise. Beets are truly amazing, and so key to muscle success! Get involved, incorporate them into your daily diet, and get those benefits!
If you cannot see already, this Beetroot Hummus is so super versatile and can be used in so many different ways! And can almost literally be added to anything!

- 1 can of chickpeas, washed and strained
- 1 bag of thaughed beets
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 heaped tbsp of tahini
- 3 tbsp of EVOO
- 1 splash of red wine vinegar
- Juice from one lime
- 1 tbsp red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp super beets
- Into a food processor combine all the ingredients apart from the EVOO and pulse. Once your hummus becomes smooth begin to pour in the EVOO from the top of the food processor. This method will keep it serious richness, and a smooth consistency!
