- 2 tbsp EVOO
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Into a bowl add all the ingredients.
- Using a whisk beat till smooth – it will not take long!

It is made from 5 simple ingredients, and is truly a great alternative to conventional cheesy sauces on today’s market! The key ingredients in this is Nutrional Yeast otherwise known as My best friend.
“Nutritional yeast is made from a single-celled organism, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, which is grown on molasses and then harvested, washed, and dried with heat to kill or “deactivate” it. Because it’s inactive, it doesn’t froth or grow like baking yeast does so it has no leavening ability.
