Enjoy this type of drink anytime of the day.  My boyfriend and I are early birds so this is exactly what we have been adding to our morning to smoothies to increase awake-fullness, energy levels, and our focus at work!  You can also add to your favourite fresh-pressed juice or simply drink it by adding one scoop to 40z-60z of water. Just make sure to shake or stir well before drinking.

I can almost guarantee that you will begin to feel more fit just after one drink (it is a joke peeps) but this stuff is healthy, and great for you! It has worked great for me! If that means enjoying it in the morning, when I am feeling sluggish in the afternoon or even before, and after the gym!

A Heart Greens Smoothie – Super Iron Man

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 green apple – cut into quarters
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into three
  • 2 cups of spinach (I recommend 1 if you do not do well with “green” smoothies)
  • half a mango
  • 1 scoop of HeartGreens
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Into a high speed blender add all of your ingredients.
  2. Blend till smooth, and creamy!
  3. Enjoy!
