Good morning Gorgeous People! I hope you all slept well, and are all ready to take on your day! I am currently eating my hot porridge with creamy coconut milk, and coconut nectar. I love adding mashed banana, and frozen blueberries to amp up the breakfast vibes situation, and to help keep me fuller longer. Although lately, no matter what I do I am always eating, and hungry… so I am not really sure what to do at this point, ha.
Recently I have been listening to the new Justin Timberlake song – Can’t Stop The Feeling – and it is the perfect summer song to introduce all of you to My Berry Best Popsicles.
These popsicles are:
easy to make
require one blender
and 6 popsicle moulds
They are also:

boosted with vitamins from fresh fruit
The best thing about these Popsicles is that if you do not like popsicles you can still enjoy them! Just pop the recipe into muffin moulds, freeze, and add to your smoothies in the morning!

These Pops are sure to please the family, and are easily made!! I have provided you all with three recipes, as I used all three to create a pretty rainbow effect in the pops but you do not have to do this! Just simply add one or two to the pops, and are are set. If you have left over mix then just enjoy it in your smoothie or add to muffin trays for extra frozen smoothie pops!
