This is the best easy caesar salad dressing recipe. It’s creamy, full of garlic and flavor, and great for a classic caesar salad. P.S. you can make it vegan or vegetarian.
1 cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced or grated
1/2 cup grated regular or vegan parmesan cheese
1 tsp vegan or regular Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil (optional)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Into a small bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together till completely combined and smooth.
Do a quick taste test and see if you need to add anything to meet your dressing flavor needs.
Transfer to a jar and enjoy on an as-needed basis.
The salad dressing with last in the fridge, in a tightly sealed container for 5 days.
If you are not vegan or vegetarian, you can add 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste to the bowl before whisking.
