Bananas: Bananas are so rich in nutrients and have to be one of the most versatile fruits. Bananas support your blood sugar, digestive health, heart health, and are full of antioxidants.

Cashews: Did you know cashews are a great way to make a recipe more creamy? They also add a healthy plant protein to your smoothie and are low in sugar but rich in fiber. If you don’t have a strong blender, you may want to soak your cashews for a little while before blending.

  • 1 ½ cup blueberries
