Good afternoon Everyone! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend, and didn’t work too hard!I’ve had quite the busy morning trying to come up with some awesome recipes for Christmas, thankfully my girl Katie, from @cinnamonappls came to the rescue as she inspired me massively with these Tater Tots! Initially I was going to use her exact recipe, but like most of you know I struggle doing that, so I decided to do my own thing, while using hints of Katie’s flavour palette here and there.

So I used traditional ingredients such as potatoes here, but I opted to add some Chinese Sweet Yams for an extra burst of nourishment, and lots lots lots and lots more fresh herbs such as basil, coriander, and chives! These herbs made all the difference for me.
I don’t really know why I decide to make all of these “Christmasy”dishes this morning, but I feel like it is because I really don’t like traditional Christmas foods. As stated in the about me section of my blog I do not adhere to one type of diet, but I do eat around 90% vegan, so you would not typical find my indulging in bacon wrapped pork. I have nothing against people who do, do your thannnnggg, your thannngggg works for me. I just really like GOOD food. And when I and say good, I mean that shit better keep growing my ass big with protein and love, or help me please to live longer and stay healthy for as long as possible. I guess at the end of the day I want to share with you how simple it is to eat bad ass food, that will help your body thrive and conquer the day!
