Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (you could use frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt yogurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp of fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree on high for 30 to 60 seconds – mine looks different because I blended the pineapple on its own, then the rest of their ingredients on their own to create a layered effect.
  2. Pour into a glass, garnish with a wedge of pineapple or mint and serve up ASAP.
