Ingredients
½large avocado
1granny smith apple
½long English cucumber
4stalks of celery
1small handful of kale
1large handful spinach
1knob of ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
Small handful of basil + mint
1 ½ - 2cupscoconut water
1/2– 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Remove the kale from the stem and core the apple.
Cut the apples, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces.
Add all of the ingredients to the blender
Blend until smooth.
Adjust flavour to taste and enjoy!!!
