Preheat the oven to 400F and set aside a 9x6-inch casserole dish.
Prepare all of the ingredients and set aside in separate bowls.
Layer the ingredients in the casserole dish in the following order; marinara, ravioli, parmesan, marinara, tofu, marinara, lemon zest, tofu, marinara, ravioli, parmesan, lemon zest, and top it off with all of the burrata cheese. Make sure to break up the burrata and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25 - 28 minutes until golden. Broil for a couple minutes after the initial bake to properly brown the top.
Garnish fresh basil and allow to cool slightly, then ENJOY!!!
