Vodka Pasta Ingredient Notes

Vodka: Why do you use vodka in pasta sauce? The vodka helps maintain a cohesive texture, allowing the creaminess to meld with the tomato base.

Parmesan cheese: Used both in the sauce and grated on top of the pasta, parmesan cheese is a staple ingredient in this pasta dish.

How to Make This Gigi Hadid-Inspired Vodka Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining. While pasta is cooking, make the vodka sauce.
