The ingredients are readily available to all you beautiful people, and the recipe literally requires around 10 minutes of your time (minus cashew soaking), a sauté pan, and a food processor!
Some of you may be asking why soak your cashews? Well first of all by soaking them it is much easier on your food processor, and on your belly! It activates the enzymes, and breaks down the phytic acid so it can be absorbed properly. AKA SOAKING HELPS DIGESTION! So I highly recommend that you soak all your nuts and seeds before consumption!
This recipe is super rich, creamy and versatile. Try it on salads, in pastas, as a dip with veg, or with eggs on toast! The possibilities are endless!
