Rinse + drain the chickpeas and add them to the food processor.
Add the tahini, garlic cloves, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cracked black pepper, cumin, red chili flakes, and olive oil to the food processor.
Blend on high until almost completely smooth.
Scrape the sides down in-between blending.
While blending, slowly stream in the cold water until completely smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and use a spoon to spread around evenly- making a small well in the center.
Stream extra olive oil on top and into the well, and sprinkle the top with fresh parsley!
Serve with prepared fresh veggies and toasted pita bread! TASTY!

Add other delicious ingredients like roasted red pepper, black garlic, sundried tomatoes, lemon zest, etc.! Use any of your favorite spices, herbs, or even use flavored olive oil to your hummus!
