Soak your cashews in advance in cold water for 2 – 4 hours.
Into a high-speed blender, add all of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and completely creamy.
Add more water if needed to make sure your blender actually blends.
Serve with pasta, orzo, tortilla chips, or prepared fresh veggies! TASTY!

If you’re sensitive to cashews, use an alternate nut or seed, like sunflower seeds or almonds!Add any of your favourite spices, herbs, or even use a flavoured olive oil.This is so DELICIOUS- you can literally add it to anything! Even enjoy this on top of your nachos OR tacos. Store the cilantro cream in the fridge for 5 – 6 days in a large airtight jar.
