Arrange the thinly sliced heirloom tomatoes and figs in a fan on a large serving platter.
Add the red onion, capers, basil, and mint over top of the tomatoes and figs.
Sprinkle the salt on top of the entire dish.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and fig jam.
Pour over top of the salad.
Place the burrata cheese in the middle of the salad.
To serve, break the burrata cheese and enjoy!

Notes To make this vegan, serve without the burrata cheese. You can use pre-made fig jam OR make your own by roasting the figs slightly, removing the insides, and blend together! This salad is a HUGE hit at parties. The salad can be kept in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 – 4 days.
