Drizzle over the honey and olive oil, give it a quick stir and garnish with basil. Serve with pieces of french bread or focaccia.

Want to make this ahead of time? Add all of the ingredients to a container except for the fresh minced basil. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and bring to room temperature before serving with fresh bread.Don't have preserved lemons? Try zest from one lemon instead!Want to use something instead of capers? Try chopped green olives.
