To a small frying pan add 1 tbsp olive oil and turn to medium heat. Once the pan is hot, fry the capers for a few minutes until starting to crisp. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Mix together all of the dressing ingredients and set aside.
Add sliced apple, fresh dill and fried capers to a medium bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and gently toss the salad. Enjoy!
