Ingredients
2canstuna, drained
1/2cupmayonnaise
1tbspminced fresh dill
1/2white or yellow small onion, diced (about 1/3 cup)
2dill pickles, diced
1/2tbspdijon mustard
juiceof half a small lemon
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
Instructions
Mix together all of the ingredients until combined and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy immediately made into a sandwich with your favourite bread or as a wrap, or as a snack with crackers. Store in the fridge for up to two days.
