Tuna dip

Why you’ll love tuna dip:

  • Protein-Packed: You don’t need me to tell you how great of a source of protein tuna is
  • Quick: Whip this easy lunch, quick snack, or appetizer up in only 5-minutes
  • Versatile: Serve this dip with veggies, crackers, or even use it as a tuna salad in a sandwich

Ingredients:

Tuna: You could make this recipe with plain flaked tuna in a can, or you can opt for one of the flavored varieties if you want a different spin to it. Tuna is a food rich in protein and contains many vitamins and minerals such as B-Complex vitamins, Vitamins A and D as well as iron, selenium and phosphorus.

Mayonnaise: If you want to omit mayo for a healthier alternative, I will sometimes swap some of the mayo for plain Greek yogurt.
