Mix together all of the ingredients until combined and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy immediately made into a sandwich with your favourite bread or as a wrap, or as a snack with crackers. Store in the fridge for up to two days.

This recipe is so easy to customize! Add more mayo if you like it creamier; if you want more crunch add more pickles or swap in celery; and if you like more dill flavour, add more dill.
