Wash the romaine lettuce and chop to your desired size.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Thinly slice the green onion and add it to the bowl along with the freshly chopped dill.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Mix to combine, and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve this delicious salad as a side dish to any meal!!

You can add lemon juice or any other spices you desire however, it is meant to be simple! This salad is best enjoyed on the day it's made; if you want to meal prep it, store the lettuce, onion, dill together and the olive oil, vinegar and salt in a small container. Drizzle the olive oil, vinegar and salt over the salad ingredients, toss and serve when ready.
