I added it to my udon noodles and tarts – but this is just a fraction of the ways you can use this simple and delicious recipe!

The Best Damn Cilantro Cashew Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 1/12 cups soaked cashews (up to at least 4 hours)
  • 4 tbsp EVOO
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • ¾ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼-1/2 cup water
Instructions
  1. Into a high speed blender add all of your ingredients. Blend till smooth and completely creamy.
  2. You may need to add more or less water to make sure your blender actually blends.
  3. Enjoy!
