It taste just like Cheese! I am not kidding. This Cashew Cream triples as the best spread, sauce and dip ever! You can quite literally use this amazing stuff in your salads, for raw veggies on in your wraps.  It has the silky consistency of cream cheese but without all the bad additives.

This recipe really makes being on a raw food diet (not me) and plant based diet really easy! Raw food recipes can sometimes seem a bit fat fetched but I promise you this one is amazing and can so easily be added to another one of your favourite vegetable recipes!

Of course you may be a bit hesitant to try it as it is made from cashews after all and is extremely healthy, nourishing organic food and super easy to make. But hey, I will you be the judge!


As you can see by the photos I used the Cashew Cream as a dip/dressing for that gorgeous Kale salad you see there.  It tasted especially bad ass with my Roasted Greek Potatoes.  It was just something about the creaminess of the cashews against the seriously crunch of the potatoes! So.  Worth.  Trying.


I suggest you make a large batch of this amazingness and use it on everything! You can cater it to taste by adding your favourite fresh herbs and spices.

It still blows my mind that this beautiful creating all started with a few simple ingredients and was finished with a blender.  Now that is simple.

The Best Cashew Cream Ever!

  • 2 cups of cashews, that have been soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/41 cup of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • My favourite additions are: cilantro, thyme and paprika.


  1. Into a high speed blender add all of you ingredients.
  2. You want to blend till the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. You can add your favourite spices and herbs to satisfy your taste buds!
  4. Store in tight sealed container in the fridge. Stays fresh up to 3-4 days.
