🍲 Ingredients

Hemp Seeds: Hemp seeds are so good for you. Throw them into smoothies, on top of salads or bowls, or into baking. These little brown seeds are rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fatty acids such as omega-3s and omega-6s.

Chia Seeds: Chia seeds contain quercetin, which is an antioxidant that can help reduce your chances of several different health conditions. These seeds are high in fiber, and just like hemp seeds, so versatile.
