What’s your favorite place to visit with someone you love? ✨

Andrew was born and raised just outside of London, but somehow we never really explored the countryside together. When we lived here before, I was barely making minimum wage and Andrew was honestly supporting me financially for three years, so coming back now feels completely different. There’s something so special about finally being able to slow down, stay in a peaceful little Airbnb near where we got married, and truly enjoy these moments together. It feels full-circle in the best way.

Our next stop on the bucket list is South Korea, and I’m already counting down the days. We’re also starting to dream about where to go next after that Finland, Norway, or Denmark and we’re stuck. Which one has the best food? Which would you choose and why?

Today I’m making a holiday salad variation my husband begs me to make every single Christmas, and honestly, it’s all about the upgrades. Think crisp Granny Smith apples (all nanas welcome), crunchy @cawalnuts, and nutty gruyère cheese.

Okay, I did something amazing with these Braised Lamb Shanks. This recipe is so fantastic. It uses warming spices like cinnamon, and all-spice and is slowly cooked to perfection. This meal would be the perfect dish for a dinner party, or to serve over the holiday season. It’s also just such a comfort meal and warms you up from the inside out. I promise you’re going to love this recipe!

I served mine with a generous serving of Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes and loads of that tomato sauce the lamb was cooked in - I rate this dish a 16/10. SO GOOD!
