What I like to do during the holiday season is to pre-bake holiday cookies and just store them in the freezer. This way I have them prepped and ready and don’t need to try to bake a bunch of different things during the busy holiday season. Just bake, let cool, and pop in a container in the freezer. Defrost, and enjoy!

This could mean that you don’t have enough binding agent in your dough. This would be liquid ingredients like eggs, or milk. What I do is just add a tiny bit more of either or at a time until the dough is the perfect consistency.

Use an ice cream scoop to make sure you are using the same amount of dough in every cookie. You can also use a cookie cutter to get that perfect round shape.

By adding a little bit of flour to your hands or wetting your hands, your dough shouldn’t stick to your hands.
