Why you’ll love this brioche bread recipe:

  • Delicious: Homemade bread has to be one of the best things. If you have the time to make it, strongly recommend it over store-bought

  • Quick: All you need is 25-30 minutes to whip this together. It doesn’t take that long to have fresh, homemade bread on the table

Ingredient Notes:

Flour: Use all-purpose flour or bread flour here for best results. If you want to get fancy with substitutions, I recommend you ensure that you have the proper measurements since not all flour is made the same so it’s not always a 1:1 substitute.

Milk: Use dairy milk, or if you want this to be dairy-free, use almond, oat, or soy. Whatever you like or have on hand!

  4. In another bowl, add the eggs and whisk.

  6. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead well for a full 5 minutes, until smooth.
