Ingredient Notes:

Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt: This kosher salt is one of my favs. It has a unique diamond shape that actually allows it to stick to food and dissolve quicker. The best part is that it has 53% less sodium than regular table salt. It’s great to add to seasonings like this chili lime one.

Ancho Chili Powder: This type of chili powder is very mild when it comes to spice, it more adds flavor to this delicious chili lime seasoning.

  • Dehydrated lime zest isn’t always easy to find so you can substitute with lime powder or citric acid if needed.
