Make this dish if you’re ever in a pinch—it takes minutes to put together and will satisfy the whole family. It is inspired by the flavors of the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Craving Shrimp instead of chicken? Perfect, do that! Want potatoes instead of peppers? Perfect, add baby potatoes, slice them up, and add them! Want more beans? Add them! You get my point—this dish is versatile and FORGIVING!

The star of the show in this recipe is the Marinade, which uses the @betterthanbouillon Roasted Chicken and Roasted Garlic Bases to transform the spice blend into something magical! It perfectly coats the cut-up boneless, skinless chicken thighs and turns them into tiny, tender flavour bombs!

When you roast aubergine and then wrap it in aromatic ground beef, and cheese and then bake with potatoes and serve it with a tomato sauce and zesty yogurt something dramatic happens and @onurwoodart made it look so good I just had to try it myself! Wow!

Today we’re making a Turkish delicacy! Since eggplant is the most disliked nightshade, I knew I needed to get creative with this unfortunately underrated veggie! The beef exterior consists of high quality ground beef, lots of my families olive oil, salt, pepper, grated onion, and spices. Once the eggplant is super jammy, I coated it with the beef and cheese and baked it till it’s caramelized, sweet and juicy. When you serve it with the warming tomato sauce, the beef soaks up every bit of flavour. Eggplant is inexpensive and so delicious to cook with and add into recipes. This Roasted Eggplant recipe isn’t just a plain, boring eggplant. This recipe wraps the eggplant in beef and is served with a tomato sauce. It’s a yummy comforting food, and only takes 20 minutes to prep.

This combination is so fun and so JUICY! Because let’s be honest, a crunchy piece of cod and green bean is the best! To bread the cod, I used @bobsredmill superior quality California grown Super Fine Almond Flour instead of just using breadcrumbs - and it was so worth it!

I’ve made this recipe before , but I wanted to try it with Bob’s Red Mill Super Fine Almond Flour this time and, ya’ll, I have to say, I am SO impressed with the quality/how much better it tastes with Bob’s Red Mill!
