These delicious vegan buffalo chicken nachos are the perfect game day or after-school snack. They are versatile, have a delicious kick to them.
1 package Sol Cuisine Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, chopped into bite size pieces once booked
1–2 cups vegan cheese of choice
1/2 cup jalapeños
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 tbsp. onion flakes
2–3 tbsp. hot sauce of choice
3 tbsp. vegan sour cream
Preheat your oven to 450F and line two baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
Transfer the Sol Cuisine Buffalo Cauliflower Wings to the one lined baking sheet and cook as instructed on the packet. Once cooked, reduce heat to 400F.
Start by adding a layer of tortillas and cheese to the other lined baking sheet. Repeat for one more layer of chips. Then add jalapeños, olives, tomatoes, red onion, and onion flakes.
Bake for around 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and gooey.
Once cooked, garnish with hot sauce of choice, more green onions and sour cream. You can also add more tomatoes and olives.
Enjoy hot immediately!
Have fun with the toppings but I strongly suggest the red onion, green onion and tomatoes.
Onion flakes are also known as onion granules.
