  • 1 cup coarsely grated old white cheddar
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
  • 1 small raddichio lettuce, chopped thinly
  • 1 head butter lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
