This easy, quick green smoothie recipe is seriously so good. It's the perfect healthy breakfast that helps boost your gut health and tastes delicious.

I promise you that this green smoothie isn’t like every other green smoothie. This is seriously an insane smoothie recipe that I love and I know you’re going to love it. Ingredient Notes:

Cucumber: Cucumbers are not only refreshing (95% water) and low in calories, they have high levels of important phytochemicals and trace elements, and minerals.

How to make a green smoothie:

  1. Remove the kale from the stem and core the apple.
  2. Cut the apples, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces.
  3. Add all of the ingredients to the blender
  4. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ large avocado
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • ½ long English cucumber
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 small handful of kale
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Small handful of basil + mint
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 – 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Remove the kale from the stem and core the apple.
