Arbonnes Vegan Chocolate Protein + Banana Shake

Are you an avid gym-goer? Are you someone who is not to keen on protein, and pre-workouts? I know I am! To be honest, I do not use any of it, ever! I will use Beet Powder, and that is it. So basically I am doing this post on behalf of my boyfriend today, who does use proteins post-gym and before bed. He is very particular to which product he will use, so that is why I think it is super important that I share with all of you this amazing product, that is vegan, cruelty-free, and according to him, pretty damn delicious.

So I will not keep you away from one of the easiest Arbonne shake recipes much longer!

I highly suggest this bad boy in the morning, post-workout (without or without protein) – just substitute with cacao, or even before bed… yes BEFORE BED!

Description

There are so many great Arbonne shake recipes you can create, but this is definitely one of Andrew’s favs. Made with Chocolate Protein Powder, you’ll love this pre or post-workout.

Ingredients

  • Smoothie:
  • 2 large bananas, frozen
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder by Arbonne
  • 1 cup of coconut milk, unsweetened, in the carton
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (Salba Chia Seeds)
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar
  • 1/2 of oat
  • Topping:
  • 34 Cherries
  • 2 Strawberries, cubed
  • sprinkle of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Into a blender add all your ingredients. Hint: put the bananas in last
  2. Blend till smooth then pour into your jar, or glass!
  3. I enjoy topping my smoothie with fruit, but free not to, or feel free to change up with fruits you do add!
  4. It is that simple.
  5. Enjoy!
