I ran out of mayo so I used about 2/3 sour cream and 1/3 mayo and it was yummy. it was lighter than other dressings i’m used to but still super flavorful

do you have a recipe for a vinagarette version of this? sometimes I dont want a creamy dressing but instead want something lighter

Maria Koutsogiannis

Hi Courtney! You can always remove the cashews, add more oil and lemon, and add the water in increments! OR you can add less of the cashews. However, caesar salad is traditionally made with a creamy dressing 🙂 You can always make these substitutes and enjoy the caesar flavors.
