Today I’m making a holiday salad variation my husband begs me to make every single Christmas, and honestly, it’s all about the upgrades. Think crisp Granny Smith apples (all nanas welcome), crunchy @cawalnuts, and nutty gruyère cheese.

But let’s be real…the dressing is the star. I don’t mean to brag, but I am the queen of dressings 👑 and this one could convert even the biggest Brussels sprout hater into a full-on veggie lover. Praise will be sung. Credit is optional. You holiday baddie.

Okay, I did something amazing with these Braised Lamb Shanks. This recipe is so fantastic. It uses warming spices like cinnamon, and all-spice and is slowly cooked to perfection. This meal would be the perfect dish for a dinner party, or to serve over the holiday season. It’s also just such a comfort meal and warms you up from the inside out. I promise you’re going to love this recipe!

I served mine with a generous serving of Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes and loads of that tomato sauce the lamb was cooked in - I rate this dish a 16/10. SO GOOD!

Christmas is just around the corner, and these Greek Honey Cookies are a true symbol that Christmas is almost here. They are one of the most popular treats enjoyed during the Christmas Holiday. Some people buy Cinnamon Clove Candles, but most Greek Yiayiaoulas make Melomakarona. They are so comforting and will have your whole home smelling like the best Christmas treat.

The cookies are easy to make, making them a super low lift! I used @bobsredmill all-purpose with beautiful cinnamon, clove, orange juice and the other traditional baking culprits. You can try these with chocolate or even lemon juice if you feel zesty and creative!

What takes these cookies to a WHOLE new level is the honey, orange, and cinnamon syrup they bathe in before being dusted with a stunning layer of walnut crumbles. These are my childhood in a baked good, and I know you will love them too. They are already my English husband’s favourite, and he’s spent all week enjoying them with a hot cup of tea—he said they are perfect for dunking!
