For the gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza sticks

  1. Preheat the oven according to package directions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cook pizza for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cut pizza in half, then into approximately 1/2 inch strips. Separate the strips of pizza and put onto the parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Whisk in the milk and cream cheese; whisking until smooth.
  4. Stir in the two shredded cheeses, stirring until smooth. Stir in fresh basil. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired with more salt and pepper.
  5. Turn off the heat and keep the sauce warm by placing a lid on the frying pan until the pizza sticks are ready. Once ready, whisk the cheese dip over low heat for about a minute and then pour into a serving bowl.
