Okay, breakfast toast doesn’t necessarily strike you as something that is super exciting to eat every morning. It usually is pretty bland and lackluster. However, toast can be a great base for so much excitement. That’s why I wanted to share with you my favorite 4 ways I make breakfast toast more fun with 4 simple recipes

The Basic Bishhh: This variation of breakfast toast combines mashed avocado, chili garlic paste, and salty feta cheese alongside the crunch from the garlic almonds, and a pop of flavor with fresh dill.
The Euro: Uses fresh tomatoes with sweet and savory feta, pickled onions, and a drizzle of sweet honey. Great if you’re craving both sweet and savory for breakfast.
The Californian: Thinly sliced cucumber, pickled onions, mashed avocado, and a pop of fresh mint.
The Outcast: This breakfast toast combines charred green onions, pickled radishes, and fresh cilantro.
How to make breakfast toast:
Slice the sourdough bread and toast in a hot, large pan with oil.
Assemble the artisan toasts toppings in the order provided.
