Expert Tips & FAQ:

What are Pink Lady®️ apples? A sweet and tart apple that are the first to blossom and the last to harvest. They are crisp, refreshing, and versatile for all of your snacking recipes. They were also named Best Apple in Good Housekeeping’s 2022 Healthy Snack Awards!

What are some healthy snack ideas? Some of my favs lately is this watermelon poke, these rice paper rolls, and this vegan queso dip.

Make this a salad: Instead of skewers, you can add this to a large bowl and make a Panzanella salad!

BBQ: You can always toss these skewers onto the barbeque and roast them for a couple of minutes.

How can I make these dairy-free? Make these dairy free by removing the brie or adding a delicious cube of vegan cheese.

Serving: Serve these with any type of dipping sauce or spread for extra fun and deliciousness.

Easy Prep: You can prep all of the ingredients and assemble ahead of time- so easy!

Storage: Keep these skewers in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 – 5 days.
