Vegan Mother’s Day Brunch Ideas
Mother’s Day is fast approaching and it’s time to think about what you’re going to do to make your Mom feel special, because she most definitely deserves it. Mom’s help raise us to be the amazing people we are today, they put up with our antics as we grew up, and they still worry about us even when we’re grown adults that are able to take care of ourselves. We love Mom’s so let’s show them we care with a Mother’s Day brunch she’ll never forget.
To help you out, I’ve compiled some yummy brunch recipes to get your wheels turning on what vegan recipes you want to whip up for Mom this year. Don’t forget, Mother’s Day is May 10th!
What are some Mother’s Day brunch ideas for the sweet tooth?
Vegan Upside Down Banana Bread Cake
Cake, bread, whatever you want to call it. This recipe looks impressive, but it’s easy to make. Mom will love it!
One Bowl Easy Vegan Carrot Cake
Another yummy cake. The icing on this is to die for, so don’t skip that creamy step. I find carrot cake perfect for the spring season. I have no idea why but it just goes hand-in-hand.
Perfectly Gooey Vegan Cinnamon Buns
These are bomb! Nothing beats the smell of these baking in the oven and I bet you and Mom won’t be able to just eat one. One of my fav sweet recipes!
Blueberry Pancake Skillet
This is great if you’re feeding a group for Mother’s Day! This is an easy and mess-free way to whip up pancakes without having to watch your stovetop the whole time. Super yummy with the blueberries, or throw in Mom’s fav berry!
5-Ingredient Rustic Vegan Tart
This would normally be more like a dessert, but there are no rules for Mother’s Day and it looks so beautiful and impressive. This is another one of my fav sweet vegan recipes. Love the combo of the creamy chocolatey taste with the berries. Yum!
Easy Fluffy Pancakes Drizzled in Homemade Berry Syrup
Not feeling a pancake skillet and want the more traditional pancakes? No worries. These are easy, fluffy, plus, the homemade berry syrup adds a hint of bougie goodness.
What are some vegan recipes ideas for a more savoury brunch?
Whipped Cashew Ricotta Toast
This recipe can be made sweet or savoury. I love the version in the recipe with carmelized onion and a bit of honey, but you could also just have the creamy cashew ricotta, top it with some fruity jam, tailor it to Mom’s favs!
Vegan Breakfast Burritos
Burritos are perfect for those that prefer the savoury brunch option. These are healthy, vegan alternatives that are quick to whip up but don’t fall short in impressing.
Crispy Roasted Potatoes
A great side dish to go with a traditional breakfast. These potatoes can be eaten at any meal and used in the replacement of traditional hashbrowns!
Mini Vegan Sausage Rolls
Are you a sausage breakfast gal? Or is Mom? These vegan versions of sausage rolls may go perfectly with your yummy plant-based brunch this May!
