New year’s eve can be such an exciting time of year. Where you say goodbye to the year that has passed and hello to a fresh new year. Having a new year’s get-together or party is a lot of fun and in my opinion, one of the best parts is prepping some delicious snacks and drinks for guests. Even if you’re just celebrating with family, it’s always nice to get dressed up and make some yummy appys. These new year’s eve recipes are some of my favorites.

Egg Roll Recipe 

This isn’t your traditional egg roll recipe. This recipe combines the delicious crunch of classes, Chinese egg rolls mixed with the flavors of buffalo “chicken” but don’t worry, these are vegetarian-friendly. These make a great appetizer or fun snack.

Vegan Cranberry Cheese Tarts

Nothing says that the holiday season is here than the taste of cranberries in a warm and delicious pastry, paired with vegan cheese. Am I right? This easy mini tart pastry recipe is vegan, butter-free, and makes for the perfect appetizer this holiday season.
